It appears Rotellini lost

Can't find results but I really like her a lot even though I don't know her well.

She tends to take a stand on clear position on a lot of the wedge issues Democrats often play the middle on in statewide races even though policy won't be a big part of her job.

I remember watching the GOP primary debate on PBS last AG race where both Horne & Thomas were accusing each other of corruption but at the end stated they'd support their opponent if they lost. Aside from that they were both corrupt, if you really believe he is corrupt but support him anyway, then you're OK with corruption.

Need to get the corrupt assholes out of the AG office.

Appears to have lose by 33,000 votes.

Brnovich wins election for Attorney General

PHOENIX (AP) -- Republican Mark Brnovich has won the race to become Arizona's next attorney general.

Brnovich toppled Democrat Felecia Rotellini on Tuesday after a campaign that saw both candidates targeted with extensive TV advertising paid for by outside groups.

Brnovich labeled Rotellini as soft on crime and lacking courtroom experience in prosecuting criminals. Rotellini said her opponent was an ideologue more concerned with right-wing politics than the job at hand.

Brnovich beat incumbent Attorney General Tom Horne in August's Republican primary. Rotellini was unopposed in the primary.

Even though he doesn't appear to be afraid to take a stand on issues like gay marriage and immigration, she understands the job description though I hate the idea of the political nature the AG job is in general.
