Woodbury Fire Burns More than 36K acres - no end in sight..possible July 1st containment...

Bad area to get to on the ground....the large, very large planes being used for retardant, fly over the house to fuel up at Falcon Field just to our west.....as well as the helicopters....

This fire is in the hills just NW of Superior..a distance from us, but many are wary, obviously, closer to Superior and the Roosevelt Dam...winds have picked up today...This fire started June 8th -

Reported 721 - 15 different crews and 30 fire engines...

Smokey the Bear says...make sure your campfires are extinguished.....

it IS June, time for fires. With the moisture this winter chances are there are going to be some big ones.
