4. Lake County's Jerusalem Fire, on that list, burned into the already huge Rocky Fire so....

technically one might say there is one less fire.

The Delta Breeze shut down and a weak north wind kicked in overnight, so the Sacramento Valley in my area is now inundated with heavy smoke.

...and it was pretty smokey too. The air quality up here on the north coast varies depending on which way the wind is blowing-- if from offshore, the air is clear and sweet (although the light is often still affected by the high smoke layer) but if it's blowing from the inland mountains, it's smokey as hell. Many of those coast range fires are not expected to be contained until mid October. On the other hand, I don't think most of those are bad fires-- they're mostly consuming fuels without nuking the landscape. But I'm glad I don't have respiratory problems!
