a strategy...I didn't feel I had to do that before. Usually I would look at who was running and their background, experience, endorsements, voter guides etc. Now I had to look at who each candidate was up against and cast my vote for the Dem underdog hoping to tilt the votes in order to get Dems into the midterms. I am not too crazy about this method.
