It's unbelievable that Jerry Brown/Ca Coastal Commission haven't stopped this. And if the Transpacific Partnership Treaty is ratified, there will be no hope for saving our State from this self-evident catastrophe.

We have to contact our legislators and continue to education them. I believe we did pass AB 1301, which is a beginning.

5. Holy crap!

And it's close to the faults that run close to our nuke plant El Diablo. This is unbelievably irresponsible. I'm contacting my DC rep. Lois Capps about this. Unfortunately, my state pols are Repukes with ties to the oil industry.
