Referendum to overturn redistricting makes ballot

Californians will vote on a referendum in the November election that would overturn the state Senate district boundaries drawn by the voter-approved Citizens Redistricting Commission, Secretary of State Debra Bowen announced Friday...That effort was paid for largely by the California Republican Party.
