Speaking to your question on electoral and legislative changes. We must change legislative rules to a simple majority. Period. I really do not see the benefit in having the two top vote receivers heading to the ballot box. If anything, I think it's going to create problems. I just don't see the benefit.

But speaking generally, what I really want. What I really, really want more than anything is for California to take the title of best run State for years to come. I am so fucking sick of the branding the republican party has given us. I really want them to eat my liberal shit pie.

the two-thirds supermajority to raise taxes, and its applicability to commercial property. Revenue problem solved.
