LAPD handcuff Daniele Watts after kissing her hubby

Django Unchained actress, Daniele Watts, was handcuffed in Studio City, Los Angeles on Thursday, Sept. 11 after kissing her husband Brian James Lucas. My understanding is that she is black and he is white. I just can't believe something like this happening in California.

LAPD, and a public information officer said that there was no record of the incident as the actress wasn't officially arrested or brought into the station for questioning.
