I hope trump doesn't insert himself into the hiring process, and I hope that the board doesn't move conservative to try to appease trump since UD was on his DEI shit list. I had noticed that Assanis hadn't signed onto the letter from higher ed supporting Harvard -- at least not the last time I had checked.
