"Call your Senator! Call your Rep!" Who do we call?

Like many of you, I'm a D.C. resident and voter, and as such I don't have two Senators or a dozen Congresspersons to call to pressure and voice my displeasure with the Trump administration. Every rally I go to, they stress the importance of calling your elected officials on the Hill. Well, who do we call? Can anyone share insights into what works, or who's listening to us? Thanks!

We can't count on politicians to do our work. (Dems are powerless anyway)
We gotta unite.

like they might vote reasonably on some issues. I imagine you could adopt them. I imagine you could tell them you were a Trump voter and now you're horrified at what he is doing. I imagine you could go on Zillow and find an address in their jurisdiction to use.

Not that I would ever do such a thing, mind you.

and try Maryland and Virginia Sens and Reps. (I moved from DC to nearby MD 10 years ago, and I like them.) I STILL support DC VOTING members!
