“The Washington Nationals will celebrate Opening Day at Nationals Park on Friday, April 3, with a 1:05 p.m. matchup against the defending World Series Champion Los Angeles Dodgers. Ballpark gates open at 11:00 a.m., and fans are encouraged to be in their seats by 12:15 p.m. to enjoy the pregame ceremonies. the four F-16Cs flew south over the Del Ray section of Alexandria at about 12:58 p.m. They were turning to the left, in the direction of the Potomac River.
