The structure in the red box below was built this fall but has just been torn down from in front the White House. It was intended to be the Inaugural Parade review stand but will not be needed as the Biden team plans smaller events due to covid.

And even if Biden and Harris had not wanted a covid-responsible inauguration, Trump might have ordered it removed anyway, out of spite.
