Washington DC temp 90 degrees at 3pm with high humidity (dew point at 70)

and heat index of 96. Cicada noise makes it feel even hotter, no?

...while my husband was stationed at Andrews AFB. I loved living in such an interesting place, but the summers are absolutely brutal - 95 degrees and 95% humidity all summer long. Oppressive to the max.

and lately in MD suburbs and exurbs.

Living along a river now, and I don't complain; 87 degrees here now.
