Here's our detailed DC winter storm briefing:

* Snow develops late Sunday afternoon, changes to ice in evening
* DANGEROUS roads/travel Sunday evening.
* Precip changes to rain overnight.
* 1-4" of snow immediate area. 6-12" in mtns.
* Power outages possible in our western areas due to ice and wind Sunday night
