And will he/she align with Roberts' decision yesterday (VA stay)?
I hate to see yesterday's stay propagate throughout the nation. There has not been one appeal for marriage ban upheld in any court. But Roberts' stay yesterday may have put the brakes on the inevitable. And according to some, there's no way Kennedy upholds these anti-gay marriage laws. His record is apparently pro gay rights. If true, that makes Roberts' VA decision all the more troublesome.
