(48,683 posts)look worse. Yesterday, the number of total tests for Seminole County was 11330. Today it is 2236. So the percentage of positives are a higher percentage, of 19.2% They're in the red. Can't figure out why they did that.

TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (CBS12) As Florida starts to reopen, the architect and manager of Florida's COVID-19 dashboard, announced she'd been removed from her position, Florida Today reported.
Rebekah Jones said in an email to CBS12 News that her removal was "not voluntary" and that she was removed from her position because she was ordered to censor some data, but refused to "manually change data to drum up support for the plan to reopen."

I also got my nose bent out of shape in the January-February time frame when there was a shocking lack of facemasks available. If you wait long enough, you'll find an answer.

(43,201 posts)I have been recording daily figures of the Polk County stats from the .pdf link at the
scoreboard site since March 29th. Winter Haven, as an example, has been reporting
two or three cases per day in those two months regularly. In the twenty-four hours
since before today's report they have reported twenty-two. No other twenty-four
hour period has been anywhere close for Winter Haven. Lakeland went up more than
usual as well but not at the same ratio.

(48,683 posts)We had one day where the testing went up by 200% and the number of cases went from 0 or 1 to 7.
Also, with this reveal that states like Florida and Texas have been combining anti-body tests and positive test it exposes what is wrong with Florida's results. They seem to make a big deal about the red and green indicators that draw a line between acceptable target ranges. I think they're shooting for a number below 4%. Well, if they're combining the anti-body tests into the total number of tests given, they're skewing that target range! Their numbers are a lie!
