What did Jody Hice (Fascist-Georgia) know about the coup plot?

Apparently Hice knew something about the coup in advance. What did he know, and when did he know it?

He seems to be shouting that the rioters were screwing up the plan to have alternate slates of electors for Putin's puppet on Jan 6 2021. The riots ruined it.
