A fun encounter while shopping at Aldis this morning.

An elderly couple noticed the sticker I have on my phone case for support of our congressional candidate Betsy Dirksen Londrigan. The wife said "We have always voted Republican but with mess caused by Rauner and Trump, never again" I smiled and told them Betsy is the real deal who will do what we need to have done in Washington. She is what we need, not the current guy who is too afraid to hold town hall meetings. I'm hoping I just took away 2 republican votes. Now if each one us can do that, imagine the outcome.

Congrats and and best of luck to Betsy. It's nice to here people turning our way. I hope the tidal wave continues to grow in size and momentum.
