This Texan spent a year in Chicago for grad school. I braced myself for what I knew would be a winter I’d never experienced, and I did OK, until it snowed on April 15th, AFTER already having a couple days in the 90s. I lost it. Absolutely lost it.

Gulf coast of Texas under high wind and fire advisory, no precip, highs only in the 50sF, low temps tonight to be in the 30sF, with some areas actually dipping to freezing. By the end of the week, highs in the back into the 80s.

then a couple hours later a very short vid of snow falling.
i was hoping when i woke up that it wasnt gonna hang around. but it looks like i need it shoveled. forecast is for a couple days of cold. 🫩
