Are there any "moderate" repubs who can primary king?

Let's face it, in that district he is likely to defeat any Democrat who goes up against him, so maybe it's time to find and back a moderate repub, if there is such an animal, to primary him and give him a scare if nothing else. The guy has to go and the sooner the better. He is a buffoon who makes Iowa look like we're a bunch of hayseed hillbillys. And maybe I'm wrong, but I think that if he could face a challenge from a "fellow" repuke, maybe he'd get mad and quit, or implode or something.

But having met a few dozen of his supporters, I think they would rally to his defense rather than settle for a "moderate". They don't see the crazy in him. They actually like the loon.
