Kimmy is trying to kill us

Fucking ugh

Gov. Kim Reynolds announced today that she would override local school districts and require students to spend at least half of their education time in classrooms despite concerns the move could endanger children and teachers as the number of coronavirus cases increase in the state.

Reynolds' decision will invalidate plans implemented by some districts, including Des Moines, the state's largest school system, to limit in-person classes to one day per week for most students with online learning on other days. The governor's actions are in line with the fervent recommendations of President Donald Trump, who has said it's essential that students return to classrooms despite surging numbers of virus cases in much of the country.

"One of the most important milestones in our recovery effort is getting Iowa students back to school," Reynolds said at a news conference this morning. "And while we all know this school year will be different than ever before, it's critical that we prioritize bringing Iowa's children back to the classroom safely and responsibly."

If I had a child there is no fucking way in hell he or she would be going back at this point. I'd homeschool them before that happened.

become mini Hot Spots, then and only then will things change. History as per my Grand Mothers of the 2018 Pandemic,as they told the stories, was,it first hit the big cities and once it hit their rural Mercantile, and Creamery, then it got darn real. Up till that time,it was some on else's problem because their Preacher said so.

in Iowa City, with parents, teachers, and the medical community. I'm clearing my schedule to help homeschool my grandsons.

to make distance learning better then there’d be no issue. Learning from home could for sure be better than a classroom.

But no. Just like goddamn children they’d rather whine, wail, scream, and fight, and kill children, than to work to make a solution.

Does she actually have the authority to do this?

It didn't take very long for an all out Civil War to break out.

The "Covid Kim" cultist are making the most ridiculous arguments, mostly citing debunked fake data.
