Senator Cardin voting NO on Gorsuch.
Sadly, #JudgeGorsuch's record is peppered w/ controversial rulings that indicate he cannot separate his political views from his legal views
#JudgeGorsuch's record = hostility toward enviro protection, disregard for women's health and a preference for corporate rights over workers
I also fear #JudgeGorsuch would not serve as an independent check on @POTUS, who has tested the limits of our Constitution. I must vote no.
