51-46: Senate confirmed Baltimore City Circuit Court judge Julie Rubin to be US District Court judge for MD. 4 Republicans Collins, Graham, Murkowski & Tillis voted Yes. Senate has now confirmed 37 district judges & 51 judges overall to lifetime appts. since start of Biden Admin.

This is why even-though Sinema and Manchin are dems in name only, their very cooperative stance on lifetime Judicial appointments is valuable in spite of their other shortcomings.
