This was just "the base" making the decision, not the "Every four years" voters. In a Presidential election, I can haul almost a hundred people without cars or readily available transport to the polls; I kinda had to pester people to get thirty to sign up, and only 24 ended up taking a lift today.

People think MA is an easy win--it really isn't. Percentage wise, it's about a third Dem, a third GOP, and the rest INDYS (many lean left, but not exclusively) who can get pissed off over One Damn Thing or another....

I'm looking at the crowd at Gomez's HQ...and I ask myself, what are some of these young women THINKING? They don't think their right to choose matters? They don't give a shit if their parents lose their medicare and social security? They'd give a shit if they needed abortion services, or their parents had to move in with them because they had no dough and no where to go....shortsighted dipshits! Someone needs to speak sternly to those clueless dolts--what did people fight for fifty to a hundred years back, if those dunces are gonna support a neanderthal like that? They need to start teaching civil rights/social justice in the schools, along with civics, because this shit is just...wrong!

MARKEY is giving a great speech--what a DIFFERENCE between him and Gomez...!!!

Some young people go for the what they think looks good and have no idea what the issues are.

Thank Goodness we won by 10 POINtS!

Hope I get to see Senator Markey's speech too on the Vid. You know the Dems in DC are ecstatic!

I am unable to find a live feed, but this Gomez dude is just...uninspiring. He swallows his words, he speaks in hackneyed platitudes, and thank the mercies we dodged that big fat bullet.

Now we gotta do this again in seventeen months, but hey, whatever....

At least Markey knows the Hill--he just has to go to the other side!

at the greater Worcester area and western MA, and stick to the Teddie K issues, and he'll be OK. I'm betting the Senate leadership will be helpful; they know how important every seat is.

So don't take a lot of the garbage you hear coming out of some of their commentators seriously.

Rabidly anti-choice gun nuts; that's Gomez's target audience.

They keep claiming that Markey outspent Gee Gee four to one....in my neck of the woods, I saw more Gee Gee (Whee Whee, I am an Aviator - Seal, so I'm SPESH-ULL!!) ads than Markey ones...so I gotta wonder if that's fi-true or bullshit...!
