Chris Christie Coming Back For Snyder

LANSING, MI — New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie is coming back to Michigan for the second time in six months in his role as chairman of the Republican Governors Association, which is working to help Rick Snyder win re-election.

CHRISTIE CONNECTION: Christie last visited Michigan in March, when Snyder led most polls by a healthy margin over Democrat Mark Schauer. Next week, he’ll be returning to a race with very different dynamics, as Schauer has pulled within the margin of error in most polls.

Christie is scheduled to touch down in Michigan on Friday, an official told NJ.com, which reports that the RGA chairman is slated “to meet with voters during a campaign stop” as Snyder “fights for re-election.”

Michigan Democrats, who protested Christie’s last visit, were quick to reference the so-called “Bridgegate” probe and call the New Jersey governor “ethically challenged.”

I'm sure she'll be a bigger draw than ole' Christie was.

On another note, I just voted! Let's kick Snyder to the curb.
