Pinkney: Why I'm charged with election fraud (Oct 21)

I've listened to this man in interviews over the last 8 weeks or so - he does not strike me as
someone who would forge petition dates.

Recently he spoke to the UN about the water issue in Detroit and Benton Harbor.

Any lawyers out there, that can help?

1. Pinkney's integrity vouched for ...

Last night I talked w/several WI green party members that knew more than I about Pinkney. One of them has been following
him since 2004. He (informally) vouched for Pinkney's integrity, and said Pinkney is
a political prisoner.

2. Feel Free to Write a Letter to the Judge before Rev. Pinkney Sentencing...

"Rev. Edward Pinkney was found guilty on 5 counts of election fraud, for attempting to recall the mayor of Benton Harbor, who is the lackey for the Whirlpool Corporation.

The prosecutor admittedly, had no evidence in this trial. Yet, Rev. Pinkney was found guilty by an all white jury, that don't even live in Benton Harbor.

Rev. Pinkney has been in the fight against Emergency Managers from the beginning and now they are trying to take his life, literally. That's how I know him, because I've been in the fight, as well. His sentencing date is December 15th @ the Berrien County Courthouse. If they're allowed to do this to him, they will do it to us....one at a time.

Rev. Pinkney asks that we write letters to the Judge & demand that the bogus charges be dropped:
