The difference in District 35 .5% and in District 41 it's .7%. The threshold for an automatic recount is a legislative race is below .5%
Maybe because these two races are so close & they won't really be officially called until the election has been certified?
Dippel's campaign website has been shut down so I'm assuming he did concede. However his campaign facebook page is still up & what a piece of work he is - we dodged a bullet with that one.

We have the best supporters, volunteers and friends! My wife, Carrie, and our 6 kids were absolute all stars as well. I am so proud of everyone's dedication, sacrifice and efforts to bring freedom to the Capitol. We nearly prevailed with a hurricane force wind in our faces the entire campaign and they still barely won. At a 'bottom of the bucket' minimum, we exposed and stopped a certified RINO turncoat. But this campaign was about something infinitely greater than that. It was about inspiring so many to stand up for TRUTH. To stand for REAL education for our children's futures. It was about giving Minnesotans the opportunity to attain their DREAMS by letting them KEEP their hard earned money in such difficult times. Together, we fought to defeat reckless policies that history has proven to fail EVERY SINGLE TIME, without exception (see Rome). It is not time to make excuses. It is time to reflect, learn, persevere and keep running with the torch of LIBERTY- what made this country unique, beautiful and amazing. Based on what I see on Rehrauer's FaceBook page, she does not plan to ask for a recount.
