Who is against integration and desegregation. "I watched Minneapolis get destroyed, so I not only didn’t want my kids in the school system. I took them out of Minneapolis because they ruined our neighborhoods with integration and desegregation."

Until redistricting he also represented my part of Bloomington. He had a couple carefully orchestrated town halls in the last 2 years and, while a candidate, managed to duck the League of Women Voters Q&A events. -- (The really bad part of that being that, per League rules, if a candidate's opponent doesn't show up, the League won't let the candidate who was there participate. So, even though the DFL incumbant, John Doll, was at the event, the League wouldn't let him speak.)

Hall is a total tool & strikes me as not very bright.
