THIS, btw, is an exhibit of what I meant when I started using the phrase systemic journalism as our goal at @mississippifreepress.org. Interrogating systems beyond partisanship and simplistic blame toward real solutions is tedious work and less sexy to newsrooms chasing easy glory, but vital work.
