God help Nebraska, Pete Ricketts is our next governor

Best case scenario, he cuts his own taxes and raises taxes on all of us. Worst case scenario, he engineers some weird scheme with the taxes and totally screws up our finances. Then he sells I-80 to Ameritrade for a penny and sets up toll booths every 5 miles. Hope Nebraskans like their state being run like a business. Be careful what you wish for.

We moved from the Gering area back to SD 6 months ago.
Both states are ruled by repugs. The ads running on the TV here in SD are outright lies.
People take them as the truth and don't bother to check.

I have no hopes that Dems will stand a chance this election in this state.

I can't wait to see how Chuck Hassebrook dog sits for Obama and had a cup of coffee with Nancy Pelosi and that makes him the worst person in the world. Or some such nonsense.

Yes, he's a corporate lackey nutjob BUT he's only 1 of 100 people and he may be even crazier than Johanns but he won't vote any different so I don't see how it's that much worse than what we already had. Anyway, if you think Domina has any chance at all, you haven't been paying attention. I think Hassebrook has a better change, which is not to say a good chance! It's not all bad though - I am hopeful that Brad Ashford can win a 3-way race in the 2nd district!
