Snow event. Check-in from Prospect Park (Passaic County)

Wind is whipping the neighbor's flag. Snow is fine and powdery and blowing sideways. No cars on the roads. Alternate-side parking in force to allow plowing (until 3:30). Garbage picked up this morning!

10:30 Update: more snow blowing harder and absolutely right to left.

In fact, there were occasional gusts that sent the snow "falling" slightly upward.

My street is clear now (been plowed a couple times) and most people have gotten their walks shoveled. I can't report on anything not visible from my window because I haven't left my apartment and don't intend to.
