Another Navy Woman Officer Rises In NJ Democratic Politics.
Rebecca Bennett will oppose the missing Congressman Thomas Kean in New Jersey's 7th district.
Ms. Bennett, is a former Navy Pilot, with a degree in Chemical Engineering from Cornell. She won the Democratic Primary.
I wasn't paying attention to that district since I was focusing on my own 12th district where a former combat surgeon, Adam Hamawy won the 12 person primary.
Our Governor, the magnificent Mikie Sherrill, is also a former Navy Pilot.
I am proud that NJ is offering highly educated patriots to our government. It will take an enormous effort to rebuild after the ongoing vandalism that has left our country on life support. We need these kinds of people.
It strikes me as promising that we can flip the 7th from red to blue.
