Congress should pass legislation to create a paid maternity leave insurance program for new parents, Sen. Kirsten Gillibrand said Sunday.
Gillibrand (D-N.Y.) urged her colleagues to join every other industrialized nation in the world by signing the Family and Medical Insurance Leave, or FAMILY bill.
