Chinatown Fire, Partial Collapse Injures At Least Six

First responders are on the scene of a fire and partial building collapse in Chinatown.
It happened shortly before 1 p.m. inside a residential building located at 17 Pike Street.
The fire department says there are reports of at least six injuries, three of which are said to be serious.
Witnesses at the scene say they first heard an explosion and felt the ground shake around the five-story walkup.
