According to the Albany Times Union, Republican Elise Stefanik has given an acceptance speech for NY-21 with 18% of the vote in. The Glens Falls Post Star gave even less information than that, just that she'd given an acceptance speech. 
But if you talk to the average person on the street, a neighbor, a co-worker, they may or may not vote, have little idea what's going on. Unfortunately, most people aren't like us. I remember showing up at work after just having voted in a presidential election and when I asked if everybody had voted, I was met with blank stares. Even when I wasn't paying too much attention, I always voted and checked the newspaper first thing the next morning. I don't know what we can do... 
Rachel just called it for Joni Ernst in Iowa, giving the Republicans the Senate. Too bad I gave up drinking. 
Us upstaters are highly dependent on yous guys to counter the right wing uncontested shills up here. I wanted to puke on our local ballot.
