First Lawsuit Filed Related To Hard Landing At LaGuardia

The first lawsuit resulting from last month's hard landing at LaGuardia Airport has been filed.

Jacqueline Young was on board a Southwest Airlines plane when its landing gear collapsed as it came down on the runway.

She was among six passengers who suffered minor injuries.

The lawsuit alleges pilot error.
