Ice Storm coming to NYC overnight into the morning.

Up to a quarter inch of ice to accumulate on all surfaces ourside.

Stay safe And take mass transit if you can.

I don't know that we ever had an extreme ice storm like that during my years in NYC.

A few blizzards, but not ice like that!

So far we've dodged the bullet here in Michigan. All the crappy weather has passed either to the south or to the far north. It's been mild here this winter.

However, I suspect that winter may still hold some horrors for us here, too.
