NYPD Officer Will Not Be Re-Indicted In Bronx Teen's Shooting

A grand jury has decided not to re-indict the officer involved in last year's shooting of an unarmed teenager in the Bronx.

Richard Haste was originally indicted on manslaughter charges in the shooting of Ramarley Graham.

But a judge tossed that out, ruling prosecutors misled the jury by saying they shouldn't consider what other officers had told Haste before he opened fire.

Graham was shot in the bathroom of his home last February after being chased by police.
