Some New York voters have been reporting incorrect or unauthroized changes in their voter registration statuses.
On Election Day, IF YOU ARE DENIED FROM VOTING for ANY reason, request an AFFIDAVIT BALLOT from the poll worker.
By law, an affidavit ballot must be provided for voters who are denied from voting but believe themselves to be eligible.
DO NOT LEAVE the polls without submitting a ballot!
