Quinn, De Blasio Talk Stop-And-Frisk On Campaign Trail

The fallout from this week's decision that found that the New York City Police Department's stop-and-frisk policy violated the constitution continues to make waves on the campaign trail, this time between Christine Quinn and Bill de Blasio, who both went on the attack on Saturday. NY1's Courtney Gross filed the following report.
Christine Quinn and Bill de Blasio sprinted across the city on Saturday, but one was on the attack. The other was playing defense.
"Bill de Blasio is really good at pointing fingers and criticizing," Quinn said. "But has he passed one bill that has reformed stop-and-frisk? No."
"I think I have had a clear and consistent record on the changes we need to make, and I am the only candidate who believes in the package of reforms necessary: new police commissioner, racial profiling ban and an independent inspector general," de Blasio said.
