New York eyewear store employee accused of exposing himself to children
A 24-year-old employee of a central New York eyewear store is accused of exposing himself in front of children. Nicholas Vicioso masturbated while “performing a medical examination” at America’s Best Contacts & Eyeglasses in Ithaca, according to police.
“We have reason to believe that this was not an isolated incident,” the Ithaca Police Department said in a press release.
Vicioso was arrested Saturday and charged with two counts of endangering the welfare of a child and one count of public lewdness. He had previously been charged with rape in 2015, according to the Ithaca Journal.
He was being held at the Tompkins County Jail.
