Brooke Astor's Son Granted Medical Parole

Brooke Astor's son has been released from prison early.
Anthony Marshall, 89, was granted medical parole after spending two months in a New York prison because he suffers from permanent illness.
Authorities say Marshall suffers from Parkinson's Disease and congestive heart failure, and cannot care for himself.
He surrendered in mid-June after being convicted of taking advantage of his mother's mental decline to steal millions from her.
