A fire at a Brooklyn synagogue, hours before the start of the Jewish New Year, is being investigated as a possible hate crime.

Firefighters found the menorah outside the Chabad Lubavitch of Kensington on Ocean Parkway in flames early Wednesday morning.

It took an hour to put out the blaze.

No one was hurt, and so far, no one has been arrested.
