NY1News

Another poll is giving Democratic mayoral candidate Bill de Blasio a big lead over Republican rival Joe Lhota.

The New York Times/Siena College poll shows 68 percent of likely voters supporting de Blasio, with just 19 percent going for Lhota.

Independence party candidate Adolfo Carrion gets just two percent.

When broken down by racial lines, de Blasio leads Lhota among black voters 89 percent to two percent, Hispanic voters 79 percent to nine percent, and white voters 55 percent to 33 percent.
