Although there have been some major storms that have blown the lake effect snow our way. Those are the scary storms.

(71,265 posts)6. We can get major storms here as well. A few years back we had 30 inches of snow the day after
Christmas. We had 4 inches of snow an hour during that storm. Some years are not so bad.
I thought all of MI got lake effects. I guess your lucky.
