Undercover Detective Arraigned In SUV Motorcycle Assault

An undercover detective was arraigned Wednesday on charges stemming from last weekend's road rage incident involving motorcycles and an SUV in Upper Manhattan.

Wojciech Braszczok, 32, is charged with riot and criminal mischief.

Bail has been set at $100,000.

Police say the 10-year NYPD veteran is seen on video pounding the back of the SUV and breaking the back window.

The news just said the officer just put up bond himself. He put up his condo.

but some news sources have backed off of that. Glad to hear he's putting up his condo and not getting bail from the guild
