Kelly: School Officer Who Was Last Person To See Missing Queens Autistic Teen Did Nothing Wrong

Police Commissioner Ray Kelly says that the school safety officer who was the last person to see missing teen Avonte Oquendo didn't do anything wrong.

Kelly says the officer saw Oquendo at the front door of the Riverside School and told him to go back upstairs.

The autistic teen apparently went down the hallway and exited through a side door.

His parents say they're suing the school.
