Legislative redistricting plans released

http://midhudsonnews.com/News/2012/January/27/NYSL_redist-27Jan12.html
The proposed 39th District, now represented by William Larkin, would encompass Plattekill and Marlborough in Ulster County, northern and eastern Orange County south to Monroe and Woodbury, and northern Rockland County.

The 104th District, which was held by the late Thomas Kirwan, would encompass the cities of Newburgh, Beacon and Poughkeepsie and the towns of Marlborough and Lloyd.

My assemblywoman's a Republican (like everyone else around here *sigh*), but she's far from the worst. She was in hot water with the Republicans before the election, since she refused to endorse Carl Palladino.
