Bratton joins Sharpton at rally in Harlem

NEW YORK (WABC) -- Incoming NYPD Commissioner Bill Bratton headed to Harlem Saturday to speak at the Rev. Al Sharpton's National Action Network.

Bratton's last tour as commissioner ended nearly two decades ago.

He was tapped by Mayor-elect Bill de Blasio this week to return to the role.

Sharpton says he's worked with Bratton as both an ally and an adversary, and hopes they can work together on racial profiling and "to continue the decrease of violence and crime in our community."
