NY Assemblyman William Scarborough's office raided by FBI

The FBI raided the Albany office of a Queens state assemblyman Wednesday morning.

Assembly William Scarborough, a Democrat, told reporters the feds and state AttorneyGeneral Eric Schneiderman’s office are probing whether he abused his Assembly travel expenses.

Scarborough, first elected to the Assembly in 1994, insisted he acted "in accordance with the law."
